Who processes the data
The data controller is moduloom. For any question about personal data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form data: name, phone or e-mail, company, chosen service, approximate budget and your message.
- Technical data: an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (for spam protection), browser type and the page the request was sent from.
- Cookies, described in the Cookie policy.
Why we process it
- to answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual steps);
- to sign and perform a contract;
- to protect the site from spam and abuse (legitimate interest);
- for analytics and marketing, only with your consent.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Contract and accounting documents are kept for the periods required by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
Who we share it with
We never sell data. Only our staff and the providers that help us run the site (hosting, e-mail, Cloudflare spam protection) can access it, under confidentiality agreements.
Your rights
Under Moldovan Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection (and, for visitors from the EU, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you may access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, receive it in a portable form and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access, an audit log and backups.
