Conveyo: production and warehouse tracking for a garment factory

The factory has several production lines. It needed to see how many items come off each line, how many of them are already packed for loading, and how that compares with the weekly plan.

The data has to be entered by the people on the lines and in packing themselves, and management has to see the results without putting spreadsheets together by hand.

• Loading plan: weekly plans by line and by order.
• Line entry: the line inspector enters the line's output and defects.
• Packing: a queue of orders from the loading plan, where staff mark what has been packed.
• Task board for production: waiting, in progress, done.
• Analytics: output and defects by day and line, line efficiency, and reports for any period with export.
• Warehouse: the packing log, plan against actual by loading week, and plan completion by order and line.
• Roles and access: every employee has their own area and permissions.
• Backups kept for the long term.
