A website for a nail studio with online booking

Ariadna Russu does manicures and pedicures in central Chișinău and teaches courses for beginners and working nail artists. She needed a site where clients see prices and service times on their own, pick a free slot and book without messaging, and where the studio sells courses and gift cards.

The owner wanted to change the name, texts, prices, working hours and payment methods herself, and to switch sections on and off without a developer. Clients read in Romanian, Russian and English, and the site has to be just as easy to use on a phone as on a computer.

• Booking without messages: the client ticks one or more services, sees the total price and length of the visit and picks a free slot. The booking can be added to Google or Apple Calendar.
• Prices and rules in plain sight: every service has a price and duration, with category filters and the rules for deposits, cancellations and late arrivals.
• Courses: a page for each course with the syllabus, format and group size.
• Gift cards: for any service, valid for 12 months, sent to the recipient by email.
• Over 500 photos of work, with filters: manicure, extensions, correction, pedicure, French.
• Real reviews: Google reviews with a 5.0 rating; new ones are checked before they are published.
• Personal account: bookings, orders, courses and favorites in one place.
• Everything is edited in the admin panel: texts, prices, the artists' schedules and payment methods, and any section can be switched on or off. Booking notifications arrive in Telegram.
• On a phone: an Instagram-style profile, with the “Book now”, “Message us” and “Call” buttons always within reach.
• Site languages: Romanian, Russian and English, with a light and a dark theme.
